Great company for owners of houses, but terrible for who is renting. The owner is generally abrupt and often rude when talking to people and take things personally. It would be great if he could put himself in the others shoes and work more in emotional intelligence development. I rented a house with them, and found them unhelpful most of the times and when I left the property they tried to charge me for every single little detail without giving me an opportunity to fix anything. I was feeling happy and safe in the house until Crash Realty took over the lease. After that, I did not have a good experience at all and I left the house as soon as I could, as I prefer to rent from people where I am respected. For my safety, this review is done anonymously.
