Along with the landlord, they have completely ruined my business. I had a late payment of rent for 2 weeks and I was locked out and evicted. I was currently in the process of selling the business, which they were aware and were not corporating with me. They essentially set me up.The landlord and agent had shown very little regard for the mental and financial stress they have caused me.
Whatever you do, stay well away from this company.
We have recently purchased a property from a vendor of iHomes Real Estate and I am really impressed with the knowledge and experience of the sales agent Roland Rentz. He knows so much about the area, the construction of the property and he makes me feel comfortable and pleasant always. Although he provides me with necessary information, he acts for the vendor and doesn't make a decision for the vendor.
If I need to sell any of my properties later on, I will surely contact Roland and iHomes Real Estate Box Hill.
