Polaris Realty were outstanding when it came to selling our property in Midland. Robyn sold our property quickly and at a price we were very happy with. Highly recommend Polaris Realty.

This Polaris Realty is very dodgy, unprofessionals, untrustworthy and rude. I saw a listing online to buy a house in regional WA and contacted the agent Robyn and requested her for an inspection. After viewing the property I made an offer in writing and never received a response. I had to chase her over the phone and she told me verbally that my offer was declined. I made another offer in writing again and didn't hear from her. I went to her office and she told me that she can get me that property for $280k to which I told her "'Let me think about it". Few days later I called her and told her we were very interested and offered her $275k and again didn't hear from her. I had to request another Real Estate agent to inform the owners that their agent isn't responding to our latest offer. Immediately after couple of hours later Robyn called me and asked me if I went to another agent. I said yes because she wasn't responding me. She was very rude with me and said "Don't waste the time of owners". I was shocked that she can speak to the buyer like that. I even accepted their offer of $280k and in writing and asked her few days later what was happening. She again changed that she had earlier told me it's FROM $280k to $320k. Then she sent me an email first time in writing that she is waiting to hear from the owners. The following day she called me and changed her tune saying the owners want $300k. I said we have lost interest in that property.

Any potential buyer engaging this agency is advised to be very careful to deal with them and put it in writing as she can deny that she ever said that and that they have no record dealing with you but luckily I have received only one email from her as evidence. Most of her positive reviews are from her friends and before engaging this agency please scroll all reviews and read the negative ones. I have never come across an agent who deals verbally. I am putting my reviews about this agency on other external platforms and informing ACCC, Department of Commerce and REIWA of her unfair, misleading trade practices dealing verbally. SHAME on this agency.

The response Polaris Realty wrote underneath is full of lies. I have made offers in writing through the emails and Robyn never gave me a form to fill up for an offer. Another unprofessionalism on their part without checking my emails. SHAME on Polaris Realty. Please be very careful with this company. I do not recommend them at all.
