As a prospective buyer I found the agent to be extremely pushy and aggressive. They use an auction app called Open Negotiation and I would receive persistent daily (sometimes multiple times per day) phone calls making a case for urgency where none was required. Eventually, when bidding for a house, even once I'd let them know I'd reached my limit they kept calling me to encourage bidding, which is extremely morally-questionable behaviour. This was also after they had earlier demanded to speak to my broker to ascertain my financial viability, even though I had assured them I would not bid beyond my means. They weren't outright rude (otherwise it would be one star) but I think anyone new to real estate would find them to be intimidating, so please be warned.
