Always excellent professional service from KG Young. Our property manager was very lovely, always on time with inspections and dealt with any issues efficiently. I would definately rent through KG Young again & highly recommend it to others.
By far the most unprofessional service I have ever seen. Throughout the entire tenancy, responses were slow or non existent. The property was handed over in an unclean condition and then the property condition report was “lost” upon vacate and therefore “not their problem”. Vacating the premise was one of the most difficult ordeals with supposed charges of over $1000 in cleaning and repairs but no quotes or invoices could be provided. After 3 weeks of poor communication, an NTCAT application saw that funnily enough bond was returned in full within half an hour.
