I was asking for a printable PDF document of a tenancy agreement. They didn't have it. I chose this business because they have an agreement that is current with NT laws. My option to pay were by cash, EFTPOS or Credit card; credit card would incur an extra fee. They say they are a NT based organisiation but because of my remote location (how rude of me), I had no choice but to pay the extra fee for credit card. The NT part of their name, really needs to be taken out and changed to 'Real Estate Institute of Darwin and Surrounds".
