My experience with Alf Petito as landlord has not been pleasant.Alf did not like doing maintenance and would drag the process of out as long as possible including saying in a chauvinistic manner that as a woman that l did not know what l was talking about. THE reasons given by Alf were in the direct opposition to the view by Consumer and Business Affairs Residential Tenancies and Tenants Information and Advisory Service.He would never let me know of garden maintenace and would get very bellerigent at times.Altogether a very unpleasant and unhappy tenancy with an inefficient evaporative ducted cooler he refused to replace or fix while charging exorbitant rent. Very bad experience with a calculated and manipulative landlord.
