Unfortunately I am forced to write this review after the change of the property manager. There was a quite professional property manager which unfortunately left for her maternity leave, a new unprofessional manager came to place and unnecessary problems started. I am a tenant with immaculate rental history, never been late with a payment and always got my full bond returned upon finishing my tenancy. Well, all until today. Today, Sunday late afternoon, I have been issued with a formal notice for non payment. I have been issued with a notice for non payment of rent that was payed on Thursday. Moreover, on Friday both the bank that has transfered the money and DEFT have confirmed that my paymen has been successfully completed . On top of that I have notified the property manager and licensee/director about this as well as provided them with the payment confirmation.
What else could I have done?
P.S. This is only the tip of the iceberg of recent problems I have experienced.
If you wish to have a worry free tenancy avoid properties where Ms. Julie is propertymanager. Its simply just not worth it. This review will be updated...
