Avoid at all costs! As a tenant my housemates and I had so many issues with this company. The day I came in to sign the lease they had no idea I was coming in as someone was off sick and they failed to communicate information about my appointment with other staff. Every time I called up to report issues with the house they had no idea who I was and they couldn't say my name properly- poor customer service! We had issues towards the end of our lease and they failed to adequately address what was going on- simply hand balling it onto different staff members. I even had to get my own key cut as they couldn't organise one in time! No only that but they also jeopardised a rental application for a property I was applying for- they were very unfriendly to someone who called them up for a reference.
