Having recently purchased a property through Adrian I can only comment from a Buyers perspective. Adrian is in my opinion not as professional as he needs to be. Many agents will go above and beyond to ensure all relevant information relating to the property is clearly documented, some agents ensure sellers warranties are in place along with lists of chattels and in some cases structural reports. Adrian seems to rely on his memory and own understanding of the property which in our case led to misrepresentations and some frustration. "Clumsy" is probably the best way to describe both my own and Adrian's handling of the process.
