We found Gemma Bolton who helped us purchase a villa at St Ives Northshore for a family member polite, respectful, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. If we had a query she could not answer immediately she made appropriate enquiries and got back to us promptly.
Gemma outlined from the beginning of our interest in a property how she could assist us whilst maintaining her priority of representing her client, the vendor. She had clearly developed a good relationship with the vendor which assisted us with quick answers from the vendor where required. Gemma also expedited enquires to the village manager Richard Swift regarding the Village responsibilities, accounts/billing and management agreement.
Gemma and her colleague Helen, who assisted with village and property tours, provided an excellent service. Our relative is very happy with her new home and enjoys the village and now lives in a safe environment, which was our principle priority. Thank you.
