Living in a share house is no fancy experience but Hetal was really supportive and responsive to whatever issues we had and dealt with it professionally.
The only suggestion I would like to give is not to rent rooms to cousins or (groups of friends) as they tend to form a group and do silly things when things go wrong in the house.
Other than that my experience with First Western Realty and Hetal was really good and I would recommend to all (especially students) living in Joondalup if they are looking for a place close to university.
