After 4 years of renting with them, we concluded our tenancy and handed the keys back on a Friday. The week after thieves broke into the house and stole a TV and a few other things. They have tried to blame us, suggesting we might have left the house open or taken the things ourselves!! This was end in November 2019. We are now mid January 2020 and despite multiple emails we still have not had a single reply in regards to our bond.
Having rented for many years through various real estate agents, and as being property owners ourselves, if you're looking for someone to manage your property there are many other professional agencies on the market and we would recommend to stay away from this one.
