We recently rented a property through Realmark Karratha and Georgia Hanrahan is our property manager, from start to finish she was exceptional even going out of her way to meet the movers at our property as we hadn't arrived in town yet, Georgia helped me with every little query I had and was very friendly and professional with the whole process, a credit to the Remark Karratha team, Thank you Georgia, Michael and Tara Casserly.
Our property had been leased through Realmark for 4 years during which time I had to do lots of micro managing. We recently sold and decided to go with another real estate for the sale. When the sales agent at Realmark found this out I received a phone call in which I was pressured and intimidated due to the fact we weren't going with them.
When our sales agent went through the property to inspect she informed me of a range of damages that had occurred in the property from a previous tenant that I was never made aware of. The back and forth emails that occurred from myself fighting for them to repair the damages ended in my husband and myself being called malicious and threatening towards their business.
Due to this I do not recommend the services of this real estate.
