Sue Sievers is one of the most unprofessional and unethical real estate agents I have ever dealt with. She told her clients she would meet them at the property at 9am and that we were the only clients at that time viewing the property. Arrives 45 minutes late, to the appointment with 4 other clients to view the property. Lies about the property and its working inclusions in the process.
She enters into negotiations with the client, client thinks they are buying the property, and while the contract is being sorted Sue Sievers gazumps the buyer and doesn't even bother to give them a courtesy call to inform them. Then when the buyer rings is rude and dismissive. Simply retorting with its a moving market.
This real estate agent while she has not done anything illegal here, has acted totally unethically. Do not engage this agent under any circumstances. 0 out of 10
