I had a very abrupt answer from a genuine enquirey from a lady called Karen Rowland... I asked if I could rent somewhere in Canning Vale and the cold response was,
"You are welcome to attend the open."
I asked to rent it despite the open as it is available. I am a cash payer and 5 minutes for a more professional and accomodating email wouldn't go a miss, especially as the viewing is during the week while I am working.
So well done for the customer service Karen. You're now famous. Maybe a little more care for your prospect clients wouldn't go a miss?
