This company provides very little value for money. Service was substandard and communication was few and far between. If you still choose to sign, do read carefully before you sign. Give them as little authority as you can possibly afford on maintenance works as they tend to abuse it. On face value, it seems that they have low fees, but in reality, the hidden fees add up and you’ll end up paying more than other agencies that charge more. Beware of being locked into a long-term contract. It is not a legal requirement and most other agencies certainly don’t do this.
We have a really bad experience with these guys.
Look for another agent if you want to rent or get a owner direct who considers your problems and help you with a solution.
These guys are there you steal your bond money.
When we got the house we were given a CD with hundreds of photos of every nooks and corner of the house.
At the end of contract (2 years) they took our bond money ($1600) along with addition cost for the paint work ($2200).
In the tenure of 2 years no sort of maintenance was carried over in the house by the agent or the owner. How can you expect the house to be in the same detail as per the photos taken 2 years back?
They also threaten us they will go to court.
A few months back before ending the contract we did ask about the paint and they said they will only take the money for the bond for the chips repairs on the wall.
When we got the quotation we were shocked to see $800 for only the paint work.
There was a time when I tried speaking with William and he literally shouted at me over the phone. Totally unacceptable and nonprofessionals.
They tried snatching the money from our bond stating they want to have the house rented asap. Today even after 3 months the house is in a worst condition we had ever seen during last 2 years.
The house is still not on rent.
Some of the work was done even without our approval and they deducted that again from our bond money. Another shock and disappointment.
Stay away from these people. You rent and you pay the repair cost from your bond money when you leave. Rather go for a land and house package.
