Brian has assisted me in purchasing a property and has sold several of my properties over the past 8 years. I have found Brian to be very professional, trustworthy, punctual and a great communicator during my dealings with him. He is very knowledgable about real estate and I was grateful that he found my current home in which I have been very happy. I would recommend him to anyone who is either buying or selling a property.
From a buyers point of view. Brian seems untrustworthy. Lying to us about previous purchase price on a property to make is seem that the owner wasn't making much money off of the property. A lot of Brian's tactics seem rather "old school relator".
I can't comment on his selling ability for the owner, these may be desirable qualities for the seller. However, we as a buyer completely disregarded a property because of this, so would be hurting the seller also.
