My wife and I owned a unit in Rivervale WA, I lost my job and decided we had to sell the unit, our unit management had said they would advertise and sell it but after two years we still had the unit and our estate agent never bothered to contact unless he wanted money from us so we decided to try another real estate company and McMahon Real Estate contacted us and invited us into the office for a chat,Brian McMahon came across as a very honest and straight person and we decided to go ahead with McMahon real estate,We were introduced to our agent Zaia who was very helpful and contacted us at least once a week sometimes more and kept us informed on what was going on with the sale of our unit and we regard him as a good friend, we are very happy with the professional and friendly service we received from Zaia and Brian. We can’t thank Lewis and the Mcmahon team enough for getting our house SOLD in just a few weeks!! After 3 months on the market with another agent we had NO offers and not much interest. Thankfully Lewis left a note in our letterbox, prompting me to call him. We were very impressed by the knowledge and understanding both Lewis and Brian had and the advice they gave, non of which we heard from multiple other agents! Lewis was also an absolute pleasure to deal with along with everyone we met on the team. Anyone that’s left negative comments has obviously had no actual dealings with Mcmahon! They are super professional, VERY experienced and we highly recommend them to anyone that is looking for top quality agency to promptly sell their property without any hassle or dramas!!
