Won't recommend anyone to buy property through Paul Genovesi. Specially if you are a first home buyer. Never sign the contract with him on the spot. Take your time to read & think of consequences if things doesn't turn out as you would expect per contract. Get him to put every possible clause on writing before you sign the contract otherwise you will be on your own once contract is signed. For us when the property seller(“His brother”) didn’t meet all the contract clauses and we were approaching settlement date I asked him what’s happening why the seller has not completed the fencing/retaining work he tried to manipulate the contract (Atleast tried) to get us do the settlement without all clause of contract being met. I ended up in the court THANKS TO ALL HIS SUPPORT
