Something has shifted with this agency. We first used them about 7 years ago for a holiday rental in Palm Cove. They were inflexible at the time and somewhat unhappy with their job which unfortunately reflected back onto their clients. However I am sure they at some point merged /sold as there are new staff that are all polite, kind, attentive and flexible. They will allow early check in when it is available which helps after long flights and also they are keen to ensure you are happy. Wrapped with this change as their holiday rentals are fantastic and it’s cheaper to go directly through them then via Airbnb etc for the same house.
