We had a broken lock on our door, and we emailed approved about it. it was pointed out in inspections as well, and it was never followed up on their end. because we could not properly lock our doors the unit was broken into and i lost not only $4000 of electronics but also a whole semesters uni work. after the break-in, the lock was mildly rectified (the door frame bent back into position) and approved considered this a suitable repair.
There was also some electrical work done up in the ceiling, and according to the electricians, the wiring of the unit was dangerously incorrectly wired, and they were on the phone to approved to inform them of the badly wired switchboard. This was not rectified either.
Then as a final insult, they claimed we left the unit in a dirty state when we left. that place was left in a -better- condition than when we moved in. goodbye to part of the bond.
