Would not recommend renting of Paddington Reality, I was in the property for 4 months because I did a favour for the owner due to her personal issues to break lease and move back into her home, my first rental inspection was 3 months in and have an email saying thank you for looking after the property, I was lied to and have proof of this from a contractor they used for weeding but continued to say they were waiting on an invoice but the weeding hadn't been completed until 3 weeks and 6 days after handing back the keys and in the exit condition report stated the gardens where in the same condition as the ingoing report. The contractor confirmed he didn't evan have access to the area they stated needing to be done. Poor communication and no accountability for lying to me, trying to charge me for something that was not my responsibility. The stress this caused was unreasonable and disappointing. Paddington Reality might support the lessor but will happily lie to the tenant. There has been an official complaint made because I don't want another good tenant having to go through what I have. EVIDENCE!!
I can not fault Rob and his team at Paddington Realty. They have been taking care of my home turned investment property for a few years now. Rob was highly recommended by many when I was on the hunt for a good property manager, moving across country I wanted to make sure it was in safe hands. I trust his judgement, his market insight, fast tenant turn arounds and how responsive he and his team are. Very pleased I chose to jump on board the Paddington Reality band wagon. Keep up the good work guys!
