Throughout my rental period of two years I thought I had a good relationshipand would have earned them 5 stars but when advising them I was moving out into my newly brought home they turned very unprofessional.
I was quite disappointed. The Indian background lady became rude and quote “glad this is over”! I paid for brand new professional dual shade blinds in replacing the skanky lace curtains and destroyed blinds when I moved in and paid for it all myself also left them there upon leaving as a gift. But they wanted to make an issue of it.. I would be very careful renting a property through reyner. I also found it a huge privacy issue when the rental inspection lady comes in and starts taking photos. I know I don’t own the property but I’m sure I have some rights when it comes to taking photos of my personal belongings. Also when reporting issues at rental inspections and I quote “yeah they probably won’t do anything about that” by the lady you does inspection.
