This was my second purchase in SA and wow! Nick and Kirsten have set a high bar for any future property purchases moving forward. Honestly, my amazing experience is so hard to summarise in one review, but I will try….
From the first interaction, Nick and Kirsten were incredible! They were both so easy to talk to, acknowledged that I was an interstate buyer and sent me a detailed walk-through video of the property. Both Nick and Kirsten responded quickly to all of my questions, and put us at ease as an interstate buyer.
There was an issue with a By-Law that had a clause regarding pets which would be challenging for us to accept. When I raised this issue, Nick called me straight away (on a Friday evening!), and commenced the process to ensure we felt comfortable to proceed with the purchase. Kirsten then jumped onto the issue, and went above and beyond to get an adequate resolution for us prior to the cooling off period. Kirsten physically attended the property and door knocked the two other owners in the Community to seek written permission that could be passed to us. Absolutely outstanding service!
Kirsten was also kind enough to send us a photo of the sold sticker on the physical "for sale" sign – making the experience feel so much more real and special.
As a buyer – this has been nothing but a pleasant engagement. I recommend Kirsten and Nick to any prospective buyer or seller. You will not be disappointed by their professionalism and willingness to exceed your expectations.
