I bought a property from them. They were very sneaky. When I was having a final inspection, I was looking at the dishwasher, before I touch it, the real estate agent reached it first and turned on the dishwasher. After I purchase the house, I find out that the dishwasher handle was broken (you wouldn't noticed it until you touch it). No wonder he turned it on! (caz he didn't touch anything else). When I was checking the window treatment. There was no damage. Then later on I find out there were damages (few window treatment has a big gap) and then realised that they put the window treatment up side down so the damaged part was not seen. So cheeky of them. These little things make me feel they are dishonest! Even if I find out the damages, it would be charged to the house owner but i still don't understand why they work so hard to stand only seller's side. The blame at the end goes to them though. For people buying a house from them, i would say be careful and check every details and don't let them touch anything on the final inspection day!
