This mob of galahs took over the management of our Strata earlier this year. It's been one saga after another since then. They are plain lazy. Rarely do they get off their backsides and actually do any work. Often they don't even return phone calls or emails.
After several months of waiting, we eventually were forced to do some repairs of roof tiles at our own expense because Westralian Strata Services refused to fix the problem (coming up with various excuses about needing further authorisation from the Insurer).
We'll be looking for a proper Strata management company next year (2022).
