The worst experience I've ever had in my whole rental history.
If I could not give a single star, I would.
Completely unprofessional, zero communication, zero compassion and zero respect.
I'll be informing all of my friends and my family members to never use defreitas and Ryan. I've had several property managers in the six months with the company...
I've had to phone rewa and the Department of Commerce multiple times to discuss issues with my landlord, issues with property managers and with Luke.
In the end I chose to break a lease and leave myself out of pocket then rent with defreitas and Ryan.
A example of the lack of communication and care for tenants is, I waited 3 months for a minor problem to be resolved. I was then informed by the repear man, that defreitas and Ryan have multiple other tenants face the same problems I do. Phone calls not follow up emails left unresponed.
I cannot stress enough how you should Steer Clear of defreitas Ryan.
Once I handed back my keys, I finally heard back from my property manager three weeks later. On the final day of me renting the property she phoned me at 1:30 p.m. and told me the issues that she found with a property, giving me less than 24 hours to fix them.
I know they have some great reviews... my sister-in-law actually worked for this company and she informed me that majority of those reviews are actually done by their friends.
As a landlord it is aIways hard to get a agency to do as they say they can do but Luke and the team really excelled.I wish to thank Luke and the team for the extra effort in managing my rental when I also sold it to another investor.This can be a complex process but not for Luke.
