Absolutely ridiculous terrible service. Trying to make more money out of tenants, poor communication and a shocking sense of entitlement. Unprofessionalism of the highest order, wanting to go through our house without confirmed consent. If you’re a tenant stay away from this service. As you can see, most 5 star reviews are from people related or his acquaintances. When I left a review showing dissatisfaction of his service, I was threatened with false demeaning information based solely on hearsay with absolutely no evidence. I will never deal with this service. I’d rather be homeless than rent/buy a house through CJW Realty. Extremely disappointed, doesn’t even deserve a star.
