On a recent visit to your office and numerous calls, I encountered the most amazing property manager named Belinda. There were no questions left unanswered, and her knowledge of the Brisbane area is far superior than any other office i have encountered. Belinda is a real asset to your team, and her wicked sense of humor is enough to brighten anyone's day !

When I reviewed this place I gave it a pretty scathing review (see below) since then I got contacted two years on by the owner to tell me to delete my review because they have changed their ways. Look, the way you get a better star review is by changing and getting better reviews. I’m not deleting my review but I will preface it by saying; our experience was bad majorly because of a particular agent that does not work there anymore and from what we heard that agent made their life difficult when she left since she left all the houses she was working with out to dry unattended.
The agency did their best to handle that situation but it wasn’t anywhere near good.
I’ll change my review to 2 which is 1 higher than my original review since they said they have changed by getting new staff and reorganising the place. I believe them, but I won’t delete my review. Because you can’t just delete past mistakes away.
ORIGINAL REVIEW:
This has been one of the worst experiences I've had with an agency. Being a tenant under this agency was horrible. We went through 4 different agents after the 3 before left or were fired, and after each one left we weren't told until we called up to find out why we weren't getting responses. We had repairs that were serious structural damages from weather that were never looked into until the very end of the year. We only had one inspection at the end, because the agents never bothered to show up after giving us notice. This was just the main problems with this hopeless place, there were numerous smaller details that just made it all a rather regretful experience. If your looking to rent a house, don't go with a house under this agency.
