Try To Avoid Mack Hall By All Means At Any Cost!
When our neighbour (she rented through Mack Hall as well) told us if we didn't use Mack Hall Real Estate's designated vacate cleaner, they'd be SUPER PICKY on us. We did not believe her until we got a LIST from Mack Hall.
We cleaned the house ourselves, then also paid professional vacate cleaner to clean it AGAIN to be certain.
When we got the apartment two years ago, a lot of spots were marked as dirty on the Property Condition Report, and there was hair and dust as well, not a display home AT ALL. (UNFORTUNATELY, we did not check FINGER PRINTS or WATER MARKS ON MIRRORS or BOOT MARKS two years ago, so cannot compare those to their checklist.) Two years later, they want us to return a PERFECT HOME to them???
In 17 year renting history, this has never happened, so we WILL AND URGE all our family, friends, colleagues and hobby groups to avoid this company BY ALL MEANS AT ANY COST, also through all social media, review websites and Australian forums. We are so ANGRY with Mack Hall Real Estate.
Have a guess, if we used Mack Hall's designated vacate cleaner, would we still receive the list with hair, dust, finger prints, water marks on mirrors and boot marks on it?
