So much fun!! We highly recommend this, well worth the money and the brothers running the place are really nice. 5 stars!
We had an issue with our booking. When my partner and I arrived for our 8pm escape room, we found the business closed. After getting in contact with the owner Mark, he assured us a full refund will be given when we re-book and come in. So we did.
The business itself is tidy, staff were friendly and accommodating. However the escape room we chose was not as immersive as hoped due to a large number of technical issues. Our mics were cutting in and out throughout the experience making it hard to communicate, there was frequent tracking problems (we had to restart and reset the systems 10 minutes in) and my headset turned off right at the end of the escape room and I didn't get to see how it ended. The difficulty was also very easy. With all the issues we experienced we still completed the room in only 32 of the 60 minutes allocated. On top of all this, the owner Mark refused to provide me with the refund agreed upon until my partner removed his 4 star review from Google so (im assuming) they could continue to promote the business at 5 star only. If you decide to book with Xit Reality I hope your experience is better than we had. There is no way myself or my partner will be returning after the way we have been treated by this business owner.
