Stay away from this company. Terrible experience with them. Firstly I had 1-2 calls a day for at least 2 weeks from different numbers even though I had already booked in with them. I should have cancelled and went elsewhere. They act like telemarketers!
Secondly they assigned a removal company and then unassigned them and then assigned another one. Honestly the worst company I've dealt with. The "removalists" would only speak in Indian and to each other and when I told them to be careful with my belongings they just chucked or dropped my boxes, rolled their eyes at me and treated me like I was an inconvenience. My boxes had Fragile tape all over them but they clearly didnt care. They wouldn't communicate unless it was to ask to keep my belongings, take stuff from my rental including the air con that was in the wall and take it to their house or ask for food or drinks. They refused to accept I paid a deposit with the movee company and made me pay in full. This was the 1st of december 2022. It's now the 3rd of Feb and I'm still waiting for my deposit to be returned. I have sent multiple emails and made multiple phone calls enquiring about refund to get told " we have escilated this to our accounts department"...yeah cool..I want my refund and honestly I'd like a full refund that I paid the company as it was terrible service and dealing with the company has been terrible ever since. They only care about getting your business and that's it. My advice, stay away and find another company.
