My parents used the company in Bunbury to ship the furniture to the UK - that was in July, they still don't have their goods and to make matters worse Allied now are charging them an extra 500 UK pounds for demurrage! That is through no fault of my parents and when my mother who is almost 80 called them to discuss and refute the extra payment there were extremely rude and refused to take on that extra payment!! They would not even discuss it. My parents still don't have their furniture or belongings and are now dreading what state they might be in when they finally get them. There were told 12 weeks originally but still waiting. Allied, please have some care and thought for your customers. If someone from Allied reads this review I would welcome a private chat. Thank you
