I bought my 2016 Trafic here March 2017 (4 years ago) with 5 years 200'00kms warranty, went through all the services on time to stay covered by the warranty, and the van has only 54'000 kms. The first 3 years was a capped service at around 340$. The last one which was few days ago, a normal service which is part of the contract, but at a juicy 750$ for your usual few bits and pieces to be changed and the rest are checks...at this day my most expensive service, more that my last 4x4!!

At the pickup of the van the dealer tells me that they found a crack or a unsealed spot at the bottom of the timing chain cover and will have to be fixed! (which with that kind of mileage is a manufacturing fault!) They will have to call Melbourne and find out and will let me know..

The following day they called me and said my van is not under warranty even its only been 4 years since the purchase and only 54k.

The cost of the repair is 1500 and they only will cover 50%. I was so not happy to hear that and asked how that can be possible with only 54K having a drama and only been 4 years and not covered!!?

They replied we don't count since you purchased the vehicle but since the vehicle has been manufactured!!

What the rip off, and even after complaining, they saying that they did what they could and I am welcomed to complain to Melbourne.

I really feel I got ripped off and let down. I now for sure DON'T TRUST THEM anymore. If I knew this I would have give them the van for the service as it did not help for the warranty and another place would have done it cheaper I am sure. I am so disappointed of not getting the support I deserve I will never buy from them again.

What the pity, the place alway had a good service like.. give you a loan car to help you and wash your car which is always nice at pick up.

Another bad experience in the world of car dealers!!

To be honest I don't like dealing with dealers because in some of my previous experiences they are after your money and will tell you what you want to hear!

I just bought a new Renault Trafic, and the experience was fantastic, I am not sure if the whole team is as friendly and truly genuine as the 2 people I dealt with Alex and Stuart... so genuine guys all the way to the end!

They even gave me a full tank and a nice Renault cleaning kit! I highly recommend Stuart and Alex, will deal with them again for sure.

Hi all, it has been now almost a year since the purchase of the van, so wanted to give you a quick true feedback..

Pos:

Still very very happy with the van, I get lot of + from friends and people..

* look big but is not, you move and park like a car, the reverse cam make it a breeze (100% every time). Even its compact, there is heaps of volume in the back (why I bought it)

* Very very zippy and economical, its has power and drive like a sporty little car, I get near 1100 km the tank (van full loaded), cld do better but that's the way I drive it ;)

* Has all the practical goodies of the new cars

* Super comfy and can drive for HRs, even the double seat is not bad, love the arm rest..

* With the custom nissan 17 inch rim and lower profile tyres, the van drive like rail, it grips in the turns like a train!

Neg:

* No handle bar above drive seat

* Auto stop-start Engine!!

* wipers and turning lights are inverse!!

* Coffee holder, been placed in a bad spot just under the windscreen,

* Side sliding door hard to close with all windows closed

* No front Mud guards

* The Renault Alum Factory rim are ugly

Beside all the Negs, I love the van, it brings me lot of joy to drive and practicality ;)

Staff was very friendly and helpful.
