Had dinner tonight and it was lovely but after all the hype I felt let down in a few areas. Service was friendly and precise and enjoyed chatting with the owner. We were informed to allow 30 mins for the alpaca shanks but it was at least 50 minutes wait (and at least an extra 15 mins after being told they'd only be another 5). All the food was tasty but the roast veg were a bit of a disappointment as they seemed only lightly cooked rather than being roast and crispy. Some of the broccoli and carrot looked like it came from a frozen bag of mixed veg ????. Dessert was outstanding and I highly recommend the triple cherry blitz. Loads to choose from on the menu and I'd be keen to give it another go just to try out the options.

Bathrooms-spotlessly clean, blow drier (I prefer paper to dry my hands)

In addition- they have an upstairs bar you can enjoy after dinner
