The restaurant missed the mark here in all areas. The staff were inexperienced and slow. We ordered entrees to come out, then pasta to share as a second, then mains. The pasta and mains all came out at the same time, there was no room on the table. No wins with the food. Pasta undercooked, steak undercooked, potatoes dry. The coffee I ordered was terrible, weak and a soy milk that really shouldn't be used in coffee. Looked like zero barista training. The toilets were not clean, and this really isn't on during Covid. The hotel really need to up their staff game. There wasn't one experienced staff member on the floor. Really disappointing.
