Terrible experience. My father bragged about how great this place was as I was visiting from interstate and he took us as a family for dinner. We ordered the lamb and chicken skewers with bread and rice. Order was mixed up from the beginning and when we told them we wanted only 1 with rice and 2 with bread but were sent 2 with rice and 1 with bread. The man claimed my father had ordered the wrong food. Working in the food industry previously I would have just given the bread and not made the person out to be a liar especially when another 2 people heard him order correctly,
That was the good part, then we tasted the food. I have never in my life tasted lamb that tasted so strong with a taste of fat and salt. It coated your mouth. Even the chicken skewers tasted of lamb fat as did the rice. We had to eat the little plate of cabbage served to try and remove the taste, My father took the leftovers home as nobody ate their food and after trying to reheat it he threw it in the bin. Was just as disgusting the following day as it was the previous day. Only nice thing to come out and which gives it a 1 star was the bread.
I don’t think this business will be open for long once more people try the food. If this restaurant was in any other state I think it would close down because of the terrible quality, taste and high price alone. My poor father was so embarrassed and kept telling us how great it used to be. Don’t waste your money.
