This was the second time the wife and I have had lunch at The Swans and it won't be the last. Service is professional and courteous, a nice selection of beer and wine. The food is awesome, the ribs are the best in the Swan Valley and gnocchi was fantastic.
2022 Christmas Lunch
Booked our lunch over the phone and asked to be sent a booking confirmation via email- still waiting.
Our lunch was for 1:30 we arrived early, on arrival the first lunch guests stopped to advise that it wasn’t the best experience.
The the lady who worked there was rude, no customer service even questioned if we had paid. No merry Christmas etc
The place was packed no room to move once everyone was seated.
It stated there was a live band TBA turns out it was just a jukebox.
Food was beyond average for a buffet meat was chewy and gravy was terrible. No roast potatoes just part cooked pumpkin an so many pasta salads.
There were so many portable air cons in the way that still did nothing.
Would not recommend Christmas lunch here…. Terrible experience, I Even the staff behind the bar said they wished they stayed home instead of working, to the Italian lady staff member who was just beyond rude learn how to speak under pressure to customers or get out of hospitality.
