Firstly I want to say thank you to the girls working at the counter - so lovely, clearly experienced in hospo. They explained the menu to us, brought cold water and glasses to the table and gave really great ordering advice and showed genuine enthusiasm about the food. We settled on the strawberry tomato salad and goats cheese and caremlised onion pizza for the two of us (ended up being the perfect amount of food). Both were soo delicious and you could tell they had sourced really high quality ingredients (the goats cheese especially). The onions were caramelised to perfection and the pizza dough was phenomenal - soft and cripsy with a bubbly crust. I really recommend you give Vikka a try. Don't be fooled by how simple the menu looks - with pizza, simple and well done can make some of the most delicious pizza.
