The staff are friendly but it’s truly disappointing the price you pay for apparently premade food. I have a dairy and soy allergy and they were less than accommodating for that during breakfast. They couldn’t even offer me and my baby (who also has a dairy and soy allergy) a simple dairy free scrambled egg because everything is premade ???? it’s not hard or time consuming to make a scrambled egg. All we could have was an underripe fruit salad and a weird tasting smashed avo. It wouldn’t be the biggest deal if we weren’t paying big $$ for this food. The same with dinner. They had one dairy free option and that was it. We staff were friendly and tried to make some veggies for my baby but they were undercooked and too crunchy for a baby to eat. It’s just disappointing to learn that you pay all this money for food to find out it’s not even fresh made and they can’t accommodate for your needs which aren’t even that challenging to accommodate for. I’m asking for less, not more. ????♀️
