Waiting 2 hours for my order, only for it to arrive cold. Tried to call the store but their voicemail said they don’t take calls & won’t return calls. Poor quality, poor service. Won’t be going again. Will stick with the great Rocko Burger. - Update to your response : Thanks for your very dismissive and condescending response, which only took you about 20 mins to reply to. Yes, my order was placed through UBER. It was ordered at 5pm, and expected delivery was at first an hour and then extended out to 1.5hrs. Uber have supplied that the driver had to wait for anouther 15mins at your location (so now 1 hr 45mins) , then he drove to my house with one additional stop (in about 15 mins). The food quality was likely poor leaving the restaurant, no doubt sitting around in a bag (not heat lights) and mismanaged in the store and no care that it is now cold. Thanks for the negative reply - I hope lots of people read it :) PS- Uber agreed with me as they gave me a full refund.
My first time with Caveman BBQ and soon as I walked into cave my mouth was watering all the senses were tuning in for me to make a decision ... I choose for my first time The Maple burger which was a smashed beef pattie with pickles and maple bacon,cheese on a brioche soft burger bun.... my mouth was in heaven from the first bite....
