Keep up the quality arrogance guys - love it! Don't dare have an opinion of your own on here - it will just get rudely downplayed as an obvious competitor. 5 stars=food rewards (bribes) while 1 star=sarcastic petty replies (sore losers).
Get over yourselves. You run a pizza bar in the burbs of ADL. If someone feels like they had a bad experience with you, man up and say you will improve. Your not perfect, your phone manner lacks customer service and sometimes (you may have to sit down for this one) you make mistakes.
