Always eat here. Staff friendly..today took kids out for xmas eve breakfast when an altercation took place between manager and young girl who works there. Manager upset she was talking to patrons for too long and instead of being professional about his approach was so abusive towards her, whole cafe stopped and heard it all as the argument went on and on. Other workers tried to de-escalate the situation but raised angry voices continued. Was very upsetting to witness esp with my 3 children with me all boys. As i left i thanked front house staff for their friendly service and advised them life too short to work for someone who thinks that behaviour is EVER okay and i would be looking for another job asap fpr ur own wellbeing. Could have been handled better, no excuse. Sad as i wont be returning after this.
