Best place to go for a fine dining experience in the northern suburbs. Wonderful ambience, service and most importantly food! Phil is a champion in the dining room and Harry's passion for his work is evident on every dish.
I would like to give more stars but cant!
Our evening started with a complimentary amuse-bouche (French for a mouth amuser), preparing us for our meal and offering a glimpse of Harry's style.
We chose a delicious Paul Conti Cabernet Sauvignon from Margaret River to accompany our meal.
Susan then brought our delectable entrees - West Australian Scallops and Beef Bondon. These were followed by a tantalising fresh rose water sorbet!
Our mouth watering mains were -
●Pan fried salmon with gnocchi
●Wagin Duck with potato mousseline
●Beef Wellington with red wine jus - carved by the chef on a butchers block in front of us!
The stunning desserts were then served-
●Souffles de la Saison with macaroon (the same dessert regularly served to Queen Elizabeth!)
●Joel Robuchon's Chocolate Tart
●Rum Baba au Chocolat (presented in a chocolate handbag melted by flame at our table!)
As we were celebrating belated birthdays, Harry's surprised us again, with birthday wishes, delectable handmade mint choclates served in a mirrored casing AND complimentary Paul Conti Reserve Tawney!
An evening at Harry's is a truly memorable dining experience.
