Rang one week after referral was sent to ask for appointment. Was told I’d have to wait for an sms after Doctor reviewed referral. Had still not heard weeks later. Called again and got told that the waiting list is several months long. The person on the phone was abrupt to the point that she made me feel like an inconvenience to her day. Contacted my GP and arranged for a referral elsewhere. Very poor.
