AVOID! - Roof restoration system with 2 coats of membrane and pointing completed in June 2022. By September 2022, roof was leaking in 3 places. Called, emailed, texted, whatsapped, facebook all non responsive after 2 weeks of constant contact. This business seeems to have purposefully dissappeared. So called 10 year warranty trashed. AVOID
Very friendly father and son team and got along with them very well at the beginning. They started well and I was happy with their work until the last sections of roof they sprayed were wet from morning dew so the paint peeled straight off in quite a few areas. They also quoted a primer and 2 coats of colour, but looking at the dull finish and the fact that the "top" coat that has peeled off and revealed the primer suggests it is one coat and not two in the last sections sprayed. Some sections were just missed.There are more photos but you get the idea.
They also promised to clean up but left paint drips on the windows, concrete entrance way, overspray on ornamental potted plants and black overspray all over the white pool fence.
Anthony promised they would fix it but explained they had other jobs to complete first and were coming back in 2 weeks. Nearly 5 months later still waiting for them to come back after numerous promises.
On each occasion they didn't even have the professional courtesy to let me know they can't make it, nor did they apologise for not showing up. After I tried calling and texting for weeks on end, they didn't answer or return calls or messages.
I informed Anthony I will be putting in an application to ACCC if they didn't come back and fix the defects soon. He got all upset about it, made it sound as though I was the one being unreasonable then promised to show last weekend to which I agreed. Of course didn't show up and have not heard form him since. Starting the ACCC application today for defects not fixed.
Keen to support a family business, but quite a disappointing outcome in the end.
