About Sailurunga
Our main Sailurunga “Discover Sailing Adventure” is open to people of most abilities and is approximately a three-hour sailing adventure from Urunga To Mylestom Village and back. It is provided without the technical detail of an accredited sailing course and is an ideal way for you and your friends or family or other small groups including those with some disabilities to experience the joy of small boat sailing on our appealing rivers. We may be lucky and see dolphins, turtles, sea eagles and tide permitting even visit one of the wrecked paddle steamers that used to ply our rivers more than 120 years ago. At Mylestom we can take a break, enjoy the river and mountain views, have coffee, hot muffins or the famous hot chips.
