I arrived at the premises at 1555hrs on Wednesday to drop an item off for sand blasting only. They were closed.
I call the next day to enquire about pricing and duration etc. I was told, "No worries, it will be about $60" I had started part of the job so there was bare metal on some of it. I return the next day and drop the item of to which I was told $50 - $60 after a few jokes and they said it will be ready early next week. That worked well for me and I left.
I call them on Tuesday asking how progress was going expecting to pick it up to which I was told they will have it ready by Wednesday. So they have already gone over their own deadline. Strike one.
I arrive on the Wednesday (mid week) at 1400 to hopefully pick the item up. On arrival I was told they hadn't started and that they were sorry. I pick the item up and tell them not to bother. Strike two.
On inspection later at home I see there are painted hand prints on the bare metal of the component. Strike three.
While one can argue they didn't start the job thus this review might not count, me personally I feel my business will be better appreciated elsewhere.
