The hardest walking trail I have done since Mt Cooroora at Pomona on the Sunshine Coast. The track is really steep, rutted, slippery and quite dangerous in places, however, it is a really good challenge and the views are great from Scouts Rock, 700m below the summit, as the trees block the views. The trip down is a challenge because of the slipperyness of the dirt and leaves. I would not try climbing this Mount in the wet. It took us 1 1/2 hours to get to the summit.
